I take this 1 hour before bed. It helps me wind down and I’m usually able to go right to sleep. If I need to on a stressful night, I’ll take a 25 mg gummy. I’ve been using Kanibi for about 8 years. Great product

I have a tendon in my thumb that has been keeping me up at night. Surgery hasn't helped nor has all the ointments the doctor prescribed. I tried the Kanibi Cryo Repair roll on ointment and the difference is significant. I roll it on before bed and am rarely woken up by the thumb pain. I'd recommend this to anyone with muscle, tendon or arthritis.

I usually order the sleep CBD. I was concern when I received this because I didn't realize it had THC in it and was a little concern. It works great!! I sleep as well if not even better than the sleep CBD. I am very happy on this new find.
I orded a medium tee-shirt and it was so small I can't wear it. I first washed it as I do new items. Washed in cool water and dried, I'll re-home it.

Glad you don't have the childproof tops on the dropper bottles anymore. I occasionally use the peppermint oil for sleep and works really well for that when I need it. But I did use it once when I was having a bad bout of anxiety and in 10 minutes, I was completely calm and relaxed. Amazing.
